Ann Marie Petach

Ann Marie Petach is a member of BlackRock's Global Executive Committee. In addition, she is a member of the Corporate and Business Operations Executive Committee, the Global Operating Committee, and the Government Relations Steering Committee. Ms. Petach also serves as Chair of the Capital Committee and Co-chair of the Corporate Risk Committee.
Prior to joining BlackRock in 2007, Ms. Petach was Vice President, Treasurer at the Ford Motor Company She began her career in 1984 at Ford, where her responsibilities were global and included pension asset management, actuarial studies, banking, funding for Ford and Ford Credit, and risk management. In addition, Ms. Petach worked at two former joint ventures between Ford and Volkswagen, in Europe as Treasurer of AutoEuropa and in Brazil as Assistant Treasurer of AutoLatina.
Ms. Petach earned a BA degree in business and Spanish from Muhlenberg College in 1982, and an MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 1984.

Joseph Quinlan

Joseph Quinlan is Managing Director and Chief Market Strategist at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In this role, Joe oversees the development and implementation of macro investment strategies, with a particular focus on U.S. sector strategies, the emerging markets and developed markets.His research centers on both the United States and the global economy, and is frequently cited in such media venues as Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal, and the Financial Times.
With over 20 years of financial services experience, Mr. Quinlan most recently served as a senior global economist/strategist for Morgan Stanley. Mr. Quinlan started his career with Merrill Lynch.
In 2006, the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union awarded Mr. Quinlan the 2006 Transatlantic Business Award for his research on U.S.-Europe economic ties. In 2007, he was a recipient of the European-American Business Council Leadership award for his research on the transatlantic partnership and global economy.
He is the author, co-author, or contributor to fifteen books. His most recent book, “The Last Economic Superpower” was released by McGraw Hill in November 2010. He has published more than 125 articles on economics, trade and finance that have appeared in such venues as Foreign Affairs, the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. He regularly appears on CNBC, as well as Bloomberg television, PBS and other media venues.
He has earned his B.A. in Political Science/International Affairs from Niagara University and M.A. in International Political Economics and Development from Fordham University.

James E. Abel, CMA, CFM, is senior vice president-Finance and Treasurer of PPL Corporation, and he serves as treasurer for all of the companies key operating subsidiaries. In this capacity, his responsibilities include corporate financing, financial planning, pension plan administration, financial risk management, cash operations and investor services.
Abel joined PPL in 1972. He served as manager-Treasury from 1984 to 1995, manager-Corporate Audit Services from 1995 to 1996 and treasurer from 1996 to 1999. He was named vice president-Finance and Treasurer in June 1999.
Born in Philadelphia, Abel received both a bachelor’s degree in accounting, graduating with honors, and a master’s degree in finance from Lehigh University. In 2006, Treasury and Risk Management Magazine named Abel as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance.

Vanita Aggarwal

Vanita joined Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in 2003, and is responsible for managing Treasury Risk. This includes all activities related to liquidity, interest rate and counterparty credit risks. She is also responsible for balance sheet valuations, including fair value of TFS’s debt, derivatives and finance receivables portfolios.
Prior to joining Toyota, she worked in banking, including the Royal Bank of Canada. Vanita has a bachelor’s in engineering from Delhi University, a Master’s from the University of Toronto, and is a CFA charter holder. Vanita was recognized in Treasury & Risk’s 2009 picks of corporate America’s outstanding financial executives under the age of 40. She has led/co-led several Alexander Hamilton Award winning initiatives since 2006.

Paul Anderson

Paul Anderson is the Sr. Director of Credit for Flextronics International, a $28B Global Electronic Manufacturing company based in the San Jose area. Paul has been with Flextronics for 13 years and has 30 years of experience managing corporate credit functions. Prior companies include: Symantec, Novell, and GE Capital. Paul has a business degree from San Francisco State University and MBA from Santa Clara University. Paul managed several ERP implementations in his career and has also created a credit scoring models that has successfully been used at Flextronics for 10 years. Paul is married and is very proud of family which includes two CPA’s and two attorneys in the Santa Clara area.

Gregory S. Andrulonis

Gregory S. Andrulonis, Vice President and Assistant Treasurer Capital Planning and Markets, supervises all aspects of Covidien's Capital Markets, Capital Planning and Credit functions, including equity and debt financing activities in the financial markets, capital planning and structure, interest rate and foreign exchange rate risk management, global credit and collections and retirement plan investments. He is a key contact for the Company's relationships with external constituencies including banks, rating agencies, investment managers and fixed income analysts. Greg manages Covidien Treasury and Credit operations in the U.S. and Europe. Greg assumed his current position at Covidien upon the Company’s separation from Tyco International in July of 2007. Prior to Covidien he was the Director of Capital Markets for Tyco International. Prior to joining Tyco in 2003, Greg worked at Lucent Technologies as Regional Treasurer for Latin America. He earlier held several positions in Treasury, Credit and Banking. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University (PA) and a Master’s degree in Finance from Temple University (PA).

Fran Berndt

Fran Berndt is charged with building and maintaining relations with the company’s network of global banking partners. Berndt, who has spent her entire career in the global payments industry, started in foreign exchange at Kennedy International Airport and held subsequent positions with the Deak Perara Group and Ruesch International. She holds a degree in music from the State University of New York (Oswego).

Paul Boodee

Paul Boodee joined Toyota Financial Services in 2006 and currently has oversight of the Treasury and Financial Planning and Analysis activities of Toyota Financial Services’ international affiliates in the Americas Region. Prior to joining Toyota, Paul spent over 17 years in various international roles in Treasury with GMAC. He established and led GMAC’s Asia Pacific Treasury Center in Singapore and Melbourne, Australia and was Director of European Capital Markets at the European Treasury Center in Brussels, Belgium. Paul holds a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Rebecca Chen

I am the Treasury Manager in Treasury Operation team at Microsoft. Currently, I oversee strategy investment, alternative and external investment portfolio from operation prospective. In addition, I also focus on the solutions to increase operational efficiency, straight through processing and reduce operational and counterparty risk. I joined Microsoft in March 2008 and when I joined I managed the ISDA and collateral positions and FX, fixed income and derivative trade confirmation and settlement. Prior to joining Microsoft, I was a relationship manager in Corporate Finance Division with one of the major banks in Taiwan. I hold an MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated cum laude from University of Texas at Arlington with B.S. in Management Information System.

David Cheng

David Cheng, Senior Portfolio Manager, Hewlett-Packard Company David is a senior portfolio manager at Hewlett-Packard responsible for HP’s $12 billion US defined benefit plan. David developed a two-dimensional asset allocation strategy that dynamically manages the risk and duration exposures of HP’s pension plan. Prior to joining HP, David was a portfolio manager at Western Asset Management Company where he managed the firm’s mortgage portfolios. Prior to Western, he was a research analyst at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. David is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in finance from the Wharton School and electrical engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science. David is also a CFA charterholder.

Frank Chow , M.B.A.

Frank Chow has over 2 decades of experience in cash management and stock systems. Eric has provided process, strategy, controls and technology assistance to companies in all aspects of treasury and risk management activities including global cash and banking, payments, forecasting, treasury technology solutions and financial risk management. Eric has served as lead director on several transformation projects that have focused on the assessment, design and implementation of treasury and risk management frameworks for some of PwC's leading clients. Eric is a Swift Certified Treasury Consultant and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Finance Professionals (AFP) .

Michael Donnelly

Mike started his career in corporate and international banking at Wells Fargo, but decided that it was more interesting to be a borrower than a lender. Over his career in corporate treasury, he has arranged over $25 billion of debt and equity financings.
He worked for several years in the non-regulated development subsidiary of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer of the PG&E parent at the start of the California energy crisis. Mike had the rare experience to manage the treasury of a company through a period where its credit ratings moved from A to D, went through 3 years of bankruptcy, and finally back to BBB.
Mike joined Visa in 2006 and is the head of global treasury settlement. Visa is a corporate that regularly moves tens of billions of dollars settling card transactions for its financial institution clients. In March 2008, Visa Inc. priced its IPO, just two days after Bear Stearns was rescued by JPMorgan. It remains the largest US IPO.

Frank Fiorille

- Director of Enterprise Risk Management
Frank is the Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Paychex, a leading provider of payroll, human resource, and benefits outsourcing solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses. The company has more than 100 offices and serves approximately 500,000 payroll clients and 12 million employees nationwide. Fiorille has over 20 years experience in risk management and credit and joined Paychex in 2002 to lead the company’s initiative to build an enterprise wide risk apparatus.
He was named as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance-Treasury & Risk Magazine in 2008 and 2009. Frank‘s team received 7 individual Alexander Hamilton Awards over the past 4 years in excellence in Risk Management, more than any other company over that time frame.
Before joining Paychex he spent four years with PNC Financial in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania working in their Corporate Credit Policy area overseeing various commercial and consumer risk units and reporting directly to the Chief Credit Officer of the company. Prior to his work with PNC, he spent twelve years with Citigroup in New York holding various risk management and credit roles within their U.S consumer bank. He is an also graduate of the inaugural 2007 class at the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania advanced risk management program.
He is also credited for leading very successful projects to build the first risk and retention models in both the educational lending and payroll outsourcing industries.

Peter Frank

Peter is a Director in PwC's Corporate Treasury Solutions Practice.
Peter specializes in financial management, corporate finance, treasury management, enterprise risk management, working capital management and financial risk management. Peter's focus has centered on evaluating, developing and implementing treasury and risk management organization strategies, processes and infrastructure for large global organizations.
Peter has done significant work around the creation and integration of treasury functions associated with significant transactions including mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs. In addition, Peter has advised large, complex global enterprises on the transformation of their treasury organizations including organizational structure, bank relationships, process improvement and the selection and implementation of leading-edge treasury and risk technology.

Loretta M. Gannon

Loretta M. Gannon is a Solution and Innovation leader in BNY Mellon’s Treasury Services Global Product Management. In this capacity, Loretta identifies product bundles and market segment solution sets using standards combined with technology to drive customer value and evolutionary opportunity.
Within eight weeks of joining BNY Mellon, Loretta was serving as the bank’s representative to SWIFT eBAM BVG. Championing the standards adoption and use, she led and organized the bank’s first successful pilot program. An expanded 2010 pilot program involved SWIFT, Wall Street System’s and 3 bank clients. Its success enabled BNY Mellon to be the first bank in production.
Prior to joining BNY Mellon, as Director of Treasury Operations for the Archdiocese of New York, Loretta managed assets for the largest See in population, which is the most influential and prosperous of all the ecclesiastical divisions of the Catholic Church in the Continental United States.
Most recently, Loretta was nominated to the BNY Mellon Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) Mentoring program class of 20082009, six months after joining the organization. She serves on the Executive Committee for the WIN Mentoring Program.
Loretta holds a BA degree in History and Sociology with a minor in Business and an MS in Education from Molloy College. She earned her MBA from Pace University in Marketing and Finance.

Erich Heneke

Erich Heneke is currently Senior Finance Manager in Mayo Clinic’s Supply Chain Management (SCM). His financial emphasis is in Supplier Risk Management, Audit/Controls and Financial Planning & Analysis. Erich has worked in Mayo SCM for 4 years, focusing his efforts on sound SCM controls, fraud prevention/detection, accuracy of balance sheet accounting and other controls related work, including Mayo’s voluntary Sox compliance.
During his time at Mayo, Erich and his team have completed several projects addressing proper controls with Supply Chain, including: development of an award-winning credit card risk scoring platform, completion of a segregation of duties project mapping employees’ accesses across multiple applications, detection of several types of overpayments to vendors – including detection, collection and prevention of future leakage, automated management of pharmaceutical pricing and several other initiatives.
Prior to his employment at Mayo Clinic, Erich worked for Hormel Foods Corporation in a variety of positions, including stints in credit, international accounting and market futures trading.
Erich graduated with honors from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa and earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Minnesota. He has his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM) certifications.
In his spare time, Erich enjoys watching Seinfeld re-runs, participating in a variety of sports and is a competitive multi-sport athlete. Erich, his wife, Kathy, and dog, Riley, reside just to the south of Rochester, MN.

Sunnie Ho

Sunnie Ho is a Senior Treasury Analyst at Microsoft Corporation. For the last four years, she has been responsible for Microsoft Treasury’s cash management in support of cash concentration and positioning for domestic and offshore portfolios. Sunnie has been overseeing the implementation of ZBA structure globally and responsible for Treasury payments. Prior to joining Microsoft Corporation, she worked at ABN AMRO and was managing FX transactions for small and medium size enterprises. Sunnie holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from University of Washington’s Michael G. Eric Huttner

Adhi Kesarla

Adhi Kesarla is a Principal with the Business Development Group at Google. Prior to this, Adhi was a Senior Treasury Manager in Corporate Finance. In this position, he was responsible for M&A Valuation, Corporate Finance, Affordable Housing Investments, Energy Risk Management and Renewable Energy Investments. Prior to joining Google in 2006, Adhi was a Senior Treasury Analyst at General Motors Treasury, NY where he rotated through Capital Markets and Capital Planning functions. From 1997-2004, Adhi was an Automotive Engineer at General Motors.
Adhi received his MBA with High Distinction from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Prior to that, he received his Masters in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelors in Engineering from Bangalore University. Adhi is a CFA Charterholder. Outside of work, Adhi enjoy's traveling, photography, hiking and listening to Indian classical music. He is an avid follower of college football and basketball.

Kathleen A. Kroupa

Kathleen A. Kroupa is Vice President; Business Operations for DRS Sustainment Systems, Inc., headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Miss Kroupa assumed these duties in February 2009.
Before that; from 2006 – 2009, Miss Kroupa was the President of Innoventor, a small privately held engineering design and development firm and prior to that; from 2004 – 2006, Miss Kroupa was the Group Vice President of Finance for Engineered Support Systems, Inc. (ESSI) which was acquired by DRS Technologies on January 31, 2006.
Miss Kroupa began her career at the Boeing Company where she rose rapidly through the ranks of business management. Over eighteen years she had many assignments in financial planning and performance for various business units. Her most recent assignments were serving at Boeing’s corporate headquarters as the Director of Investor Relations and then the Director of Business Operations, overseeing financial management processes for the nearly $30B annual revenue Integrated Defense Systems business unit.
Miss Kroupa is active with many community and professional organizations. She serves on the Board for the USO of Missouri and the Business School Advisory Board for Maryville University. She is a 1998 graduate of Leadership America and Miss Kroupa was honored by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of 2008’s Most Influential Business Women.
Miss Kroupa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Saint Louis University and a Masters in Business Administration from Maryville University.

Conor Leyden

Conor Leyden is Managing Director of Omnicom Financial Services, the Euro-zone treasury center of Omnicom Group Inc. In addition to handling Euro-zone activity, this treasury center acts as Omnicom’s information center utilizing the Global Cash Control System and other specialized information gathering and analysis processes which facilitate decision-making within Omnicom’s worldwide treasury organization. Prior to joining Omnicom in 1999, Conor was Group Treasurer of IAWS Group. He received his Masters Degree in Banking and Finance and his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University College Dublin. Conor is a past President of the Irish Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Jennifer E. MacKethan

Ms. MacKethan is an award winning risk management, corporate sustainability and strategic program development professional with more than seventeen years of risk, program development and credit management experience. Areas of expertise include enterprise risk management, corporate sustainability and commercial credit. Ms. MacKethan’s successful implementation of a COSO based Enterprise Risk Management system across RTI led to her being asked to helm the development of the Corporate Sustainability program. Prior to her tenure at RTI, Ms. MacKethan worked extensively in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial loan risk analysis and credit underwriting.

Erika P. McBride, CPA

Erika is the Modeling and Risk Review Manager at Paychex, Inc. Aligned within the Risk Management team, Erika oversees a team of data-mining and predictive modeling experts, while also facilitating cross-functional teams to assess risk throughout the company, resulting in millions of dollars contributed to the bottom line. Erika joined Paychex in 1997 as an Accountant, working her way through various leadership capacities in financial and risk management roles. Prior to Paychex, Erika was a staff auditor with a regional public accounting firm, and a member of a regional HMO Finance team. She holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo, and is an Executive Leadership doctoral candidate at St. John Fisher College. Erika is a three-time presenter and panelist at Treasury and Risk’s Alexander Hamilton Best Practices Summit, and was a presenter at the 2011 RIMS Conference and Exhibition.

G.D. (Dean) McNaught, Jr.

Dean is the Corporate Finance Services Manager for Caterpillar Corporate Treasury with responsibilities for corporate funding, cash management, cash deployment, bank and rating agency relationships and company-wide working capital leadership.
He joined Caterpillar in 1987. His first five years with the company were spent in a variety of finance support positions in Treasury and Marketing. In 1992, he was named the Finance Representative for the Northern South American District Office, working with dealers in Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Guyana, and Suriname. In 1994, he was named Foreign Exchange Manager with responsibility for European currency risk management and relocated to Caterpillar’s EAME headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
In 1996, he assumed the position of Business Research and Planning Manager for the North American Marketing Division and was appointed Eastern & Canadian Region Finance Manager in 2001, with responsibility for dealer finance development in those regions. He was named to his current position in 2004.
Dean has a BA from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Illinois State University. He is also a member of the Illinois State University Finance Advisory Board.

Marc F. Monyek

Marc Monyek is Senior Director, Global Funding, for McDonald's Corporation with responsibility for financing McDonald’s growth in China and the Asia Pacific Middle East Africa Region, real estate finance, and support of the company’s 401k and employee benefits programs. Previously, Marc had responsibility for McDonald’s U.S. Acquisitions, Real Estate Market Research, and Global Foreign Currency Management. He has worked in more than 30 countries in International Finance and Global Supply Chain Management, and led more the US$ 3 billion in capital markets transactions.
Marc received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors in Economics in 1985 from Washington and Lee University, and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Business Policy in 1988. He has received the McDonald's Corporation President’s Award, the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society Alumni award, and been recognized for his contributions to the Arthritis Foundation. He is a member of the national board of the Congressional Award, serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Williams School of Commerce, Economics and Politics at Washington and Lee University and is the former President of the Board of Education for School District 181 in Hinsdale and Clarendon Hills, Illinois.

Anita Prasad

As the General Manager of Treasury Capital Management at Microsoft, Anita Prasad is responsible for corporate finance, capital structure, share buybacks and dividend policy, structured investments, global cash and liquidity, treasury operations, and credit services for MS online businesses.She has led her team to winning several industry awards including Alexander Hamilton, Adam Smith, and Pinnacle awards for leveraging technology and innovative processes to address business challenges in treasury. She was recently named to the 2011 list of Treasury & Risk magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in Finance.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Anita served as Vice President of Treasury and Tax at LSI Logic Corporation. During her tenure at LSI, she formulated and implemented long-term strategies that enabled LSI to execute over $5 billion in debt and equity financing, and growing the company from $1.2 billion to about $3 billion in revenues. Anita provided leadership in designing effective balance sheet structuring, stock buyback programs, currency & interest rate risk management, M&A, domestic and off-shore portfolio management, venture portfolio, international tax structuring and manufacturing strategy.
Before corporate life, Anita held an Assistant Professor post at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. She holds a Bachelors and Masters in Economics, an MBA in MIS, and a PhD in Finance and International Business.

Joseph Quinlan

Joseph Quinlan is Managing Director and Chief Market Strategist at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. In this role, Joe oversees the development and implementation of macro investment strategies, with a particular focus on U.S. sector strategies, the emerging markets and developed markets.His research centers on both the United States and the global economy, and is frequently cited in such media venues as Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal, and the Financial Times.
With over 20 years of financial services experience, Mr. Quinlan most recently served as a senior global economist/strategist for Morgan Stanley. Mr. Quinlan started his career with Merrill Lynch.
In 2006, the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union awarded Mr. Quinlan the 2006 Transatlantic Business Award for his research on U.S.-Europe economic ties. In 2007, he was a recipient of the European-American Business Council Leadership award for his research on the transatlantic partnership and global economy.
He is the author, co-author, or contributor to fifteen books. His most recent book, “The Last Economic Superpower” was released by McGraw Hill in November 2010. He has published more than 125 articles on economics, trade and finance that have appeared in such venues as Foreign Affairs, the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. He regularly appears on CNBC, as well as Bloomberg television, PBS and other media venues.
He has earned his B.A. in Political Science/International Affairs from Niagara University and M.A. in International Political Economics and Development from Fordham University.

Jim Scurlock

Jim is also responsible for managing the Venture Integration team in Treasury which integrates the treasury activity of acquired, divested, and joint-venture companies.

Krupa Srinivas

Krupa Srinivas joined Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in 2008. As a manager in the Treasury Capital Markets function, Krupa co-leads the funding initiative ensuring liquidity, responsible issuance, diversified sources and transparent investor relations. She has been instrumental in navigating the numerous challenges TFS faced over the past few years- external market shocks, Toyota-specific challenges, and natural disasters- through her oversight and execution of public asset-backed, private ABCP conduit sale and unsecured funding transactions. With her help and leadership, TFS has executed over $21 billion in vanilla and structured borrowings.
Prior to joining Toyota, Krupa was at Citigroup and Deutsche Bank, structuring complex fixed income transactions across multiple products in New York. Krupa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Bridgeport and a Masters in Financial Engineering from the Fu Foundation School at Columbia University.

Deirdre Stokes is employed by Kellogg Company, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan. Kellogg Company is the world’s leading producer of cereal and a leading producer of convenience foods, including cookies, crackers, toaster pastries and cereal bars. Ms. Stokes has worked for Kellogg Company for twelve years and has contributed to the organization as Manager, Corporate Treasury for 10 of those years. Prior to that, Ms. Stokes was a Manager in Advertising, Promotions and Trade.
Before joining Kellogg Company, Ms. Stokes was employed by United Technologies Automotive as a Sr. Financial Analyst in Treasury. She has also worked in financial capacities at Haworth Office Furniture located in Holland, Michigan and at ALCOA headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania . Ms. Stokes earned a B.S. in Biological Science from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, MI) and a Master’s of Science in Management from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN.). She is a Certified Treasury Professional and serves as Treasurer for the local chapter of her sorority. She also is the musician at two local churches. Ms. Stokes has one son, who is in his senior year of college.

John J. Tus

David Webb

David Webb has worked in the Treasurer's Office of Ford Motor Company for the past 8 years. He is presently Director of Financial Strategy for Ford Credit and has responsibility for the development and oversight of Ford Credit's global capital, funding, liquidity and interest rate risk strategies. In this role, David also has responsibility for helping oversee Ford Credit's regulatory efforts in regards to both funding and derivatives. He also provides central treasury oversight and support for Ford Credit's affiliates in both mature and developing markets around the globe.
Prior to this assignment, David was Manager of Retail Securitization for North America where his responsibilities included developing and executing Ford Credit's retail issuance strategies in both the U.S. and Canadian markets as well as managing the Company's single-seller ABCP program (FCAR). David was also Head of Wholesale Funding for FCE (Ford Credit Europe) Bank based in the United Kingdom where he had responsibility for FCE Bank's dealer floorplan funding across Europe. During his time at Ford, Dave has also managed Ford Credit's asset-liability and interest rate risk management activities and held other positions both in Financial Strategy and Affiliate Finance.
Dave earned a B.A. in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. in Finance (with Distinction) from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

Kathy Zevola

Kathy Zevola is the Director, Treasury and Finance at Sun Chemical, the world's largest producer of printing inks and pigments. With 25 years of treasury experience, Kathy has been instrumental in revolutionizing and streamlining Sun Chemical’s corporate treasury. Most recently she led a team that designed and built a centralized global cash operations shared service center (SSC) to support Sun Chemical’s In House Bank and treasury analytics. In addition, the SSC facilitates globalization of payments, cash application and daily bank reconciliations. Prior to that Kathy effectively led a global implementation of SAP's Treasury and Risk Management, Cash and Liquidity Management and In House Cash, while at the same time consolidating banking relationships to a single cash management partner. Her in depth knowledge of banking, risk management and corporate finance were fundamental to the success of both projects. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

George Zinn

As corporate vice president and treasurer for Microsoft, George Zinn is responsible for investing and managing over US$50 billion of the company's corporate assets as of June 30, 2009. He leads a group which manages the company's worldwide financial and corporate risk, investment portfolio, strategic portfolio, foreign exchange, corporate and structured project finance, dilution management, cash and liquidity, customer financing and collection activities. Zinn led Microsoft's inaugural debt issuance with a recently awarded AAA credit rating. Additionally, he is a fiduciary for the company's defined contribution plan.
Zinn's previous role at Microsoft was chief financial officer of the Intellectual Property & Licensing Division. He was responsible for defining and driving IP-related business strategies and competitive responses, including development, protection, acquisition and licensing of intellectual property.
In 2009, he was recognized by Treasury & Risk Management Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance. Under his leadership, the Treasury function has been recognized with the Pinnacle Award from the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and also Treasury Today's Adam Smith Award for Best Practice and Innovation. In addition to his role at Microsoft, Zinn serves on the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) Investment Advisory Board.
Zinn holds an A.B. in Economics and Environmental Studies, with a minor in Romance Languages, from Bowdoin College. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Washington while working at Microsoft.
